When you request an estimate or contact us through a form on this site, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, zip code, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field. We use this to respond to your request, schedule inspections and work, and communicate with you about your project. By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your request.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device types they use. What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We keep estimate and project records for as long as they're useful for warranties, insurance documentation, and normal business recordkeeping. If you'd like us to delete your contact information, email Info@midlandsroofing.net and we'll take care of it unless we're required to keep a record (for example, for an active warranty).
